We accept the following payment options:

1. Credit Card ​

Credit card payment is possible with VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover. During the order process, select the form of payment as "credit and debit card" and then enter the credit card number, the expiry date of the card, the check number of the card and the credit card holder (first name, last name). The check digit is a three- or four-digit number, which you can find on the back of your credit card.

2. PayPal

You can select PayPal directly in the shopping cart or in the payment process. Afterwards you will be redirected to the PayPal-site, where you can log in securely with your login-data and confirm the payment. For this you can always use the PayPal own buyer protection.

3. Instant Transfer (Sofort Überweisung)

​

Once you select the instant transfer you will be redirected to the order confirmation page where you can safely complete the payment.

DELIVERY​

We have partnered with DHL Climate Neutral for environmentally friendly delivery of your bow tie(s).

The shipment tracking:

 

As soon as your parcel is dispatched you will receive an email with shipping confirmation including the DHL Climate Neutral tracking link. The link enables you to track your order at any time.  

 

The shipment status is not updated:

If the shipment status of your package has not been updated for more than 3 days, please contact us via hello@luma.style. We will reach out to DHL and resolve the inconvenience as quickly as possible.

4. Egypt, Algeria, Georgia, Israel, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Russian Federation, Tunisia, Turkey: 15 EUR
